As Bigblue continues to grow its B2B activity alongside its historical B2C business, delivering a reliable service to our merchants is a key priority. We are looking for a B2B Operations Manager to take over the role as the current manager transitions out. This position has end-to-end responsibility for B2B operations across the EU, including operational performance, service quality, and coordination across teams. The role combines strategic ownership and hands-on execution, with direct people management. You will ensure that operational decisions and improvements are made with a clear understanding of merchant needs and expectations.
