About the role 🚀 As Bigblue expands beyond its historical B2C roots, we've made significant investments in B2B - dedicating time, resources, and tech innovation to support our clients’ growth. Now, we’re looking for a B2B Operations Specialist to ensure a smooth, end-to-end experience for our merchants. In this key role, you’ll master Bigblue’s B2B operations, support daily workflows, and optimize processes to elevate our service. As part of the Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, premium B2B experience - not just for our merchants, but for their customers as well.
