PT - Project/Technical Assistant
SUMMARY OF FUNCTION: The project/Technical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the management, coordination, and execution of critical technical initiatives, Projects, and tasks. This role will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing technical initiatives, ensuring that schedules, timelines, and project and department milestones are met. This includes preparing and distributing project documentation, such as reports, minutes, and presentations, and facilitating communication among team members, Project managers, and departments. Additionally, they provide technical support by helping to prepare technical procedures, documentation, manuals, and guidelines for the College ITSS team.
