Asesoramiento Estratégico y Relación con el Cliente: Actuar como el principal punto de contacto técnico y de confianza para los stakeholders del cliente, desde los equipos de ingeniería hasta la dirección de TI. Desarrollar un conocimiento profundo y holístico del entorno del cliente: no solo su infraestructura cloud, sino sus aplicaciones legacy, sus dependencias, sus procesos de negocio y su cultura organizativa. Traducir los objetivos de negocio del cliente en una hoja de ruta tecnológica evolutiva y pragmática, identificando proactivamente oportunidades de optimización, innovación y ahorro de costes. Liderar talleres de co-creación y sesiones de diseño para alinear las capacidades de Kyndryl con las necesidades emergentes del cliente, desafiando sus ideas preconcebidas cuando sea necesario para asegurar la mejor solución. 2. Liderazgo Técnico y Soporte al Delivery: Diseñar arquitecturas cloud robustas, escalables, seguras y eficientes en entornos multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), asegurando que se integran de forma nativa con los sistemas existentes del cliente. Servir como la máxima autoridad técnica dentro de la cuenta, proporcionando a los equipos de delivery (ingenieros, administradores de sistemas) los diseños detallados, los principios de gobierno y las mejores prácticas a seguir. Actuar como punto de escalado para los desafíos técnicos más complejos que enfrenten los equipos de delivery, guiándolos en la resolución de problemas y asegurando la integridad del diseño original. Validar que la implementación final de las soluciones se corresponde con la arquitectura definida, garantizando la calidad y la excelencia operativa. 3. Gobierno y Mejora Continua: Establecer y mantener un marco de gobierno de la arquitectura cloud dentro de la cuenta, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares tanto de Kyndryl como del cliente. Documentar el estado actual y futuro de la arquitectura del cliente, creando una fuente de verdad única que sirva de guía para todas las iniciativas. Mantenerse a la vanguardia de las tendencias tecnológicas y evaluar de forma continua nuevos servicios y herramientas que puedan aportar valor tangible al cliente. Who You Are Conocimientos Técnicos Esenciales: Experiencia Cloud Demostrable: Mínimo de [5-7] años de experiencia práctica diseñando e implementando soluciones complejas en las principales plataformas: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. Fundamentos Sólidos de Infraestructura: Profundo conocimiento de redes (VPC, peering, DNS, firewalls), sistemas de almacenamiento, bases de datos (SQL y NoSQL), y sistemas operativos (Linux/Windows). Arquitectura de Integración: Experiencia conectando entornos cloud con sistemas on-premise (arquitecturas híbridas). Comprensión de APIs, buses de eventos y patrones de integración. Experiencia en desarrollo de software, familiaridad con Python, Node/JS, o Java, asi como con herramientas de observabilidad y calidad (Sonar, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/EFK, Jest, Cypress, Selenium o similares). Automatización y DevSecOps: Dominio de Infraestructura como Código (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM) y principios de CI/CD. Conocimiento práctico de herramientas de orquestación de contenedores (Kubernetes, OpenShift). Conocimiento sólido de ciclo de vida de software (desde diseño y desarrollo hasta despliegue y mantenimiento). Seguridad y Cumplimiento: Experiencia en el diseño de arquitecturas seguras, aplicando principios de "secure-by-design" y conocimientos de normativas como ISO 27001, GDPR, etc. Habilidades y Mentalidad Clave (Soft Skills): Visión de Negocio (Business Acumen): La habilidad crítica para entender el "porqué" detrás de las peticiones técnicas. No aceptas un requerimiento sin entender el valor de negocio que busca generar. Comunicación Excepcional y Empatía: Capacidad para explicar conceptos técnicos complejos a audiencias no técnicas y para escuchar activamente, entendiendo las preocupaciones y el lenguaje del cliente. Eres un traductor entre mundos. Liderazgo por Influencia: No gestionarás un equipo directo, pero deberás ser capaz de guiar, influir y mentorizar a los ingenieros de delivery y ganarte la confianza de los líderes del cliente a través de tu conocimiento y criterio. Resolución de Problemas Complejos: Tienes una mentalidad analítica y estructurada. Ante un problema, eres capaz de descomponerlo, evaluar múltiples soluciones y tomar decisiones fundamentadas, incluso con información incompleta. Paciencia y Resiliencia: Entiendes que trabajar integrado en un cliente es una maratón, no un sprint. Sabes cómo navegar por organizaciones complejas y manejar la ambigüedad. Cualificaciones Deseables: Certificaciones profesionales en alguna de las nubes públicas (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert). Experiencia previa en roles de consultoría o en proveedores de servicios gestionados. Grado en Informática, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o un campo relacionado.
