PepsiCo Foodservice is a division of PepsiCo that brings the company’s entire portfolio of food and beverage brands to market in out-of-home consumption channels to meet consumer needs at work, at play, and on the go. This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by leading a team of Food Service Sales Professionals for a specific geography or market unit. This person oversees the overall development of the Food Service business growth for the area. Responsibilities Develop and deliver West Region Restaurant Channel AOP (Annual Operation Plan) across the beverage business Provide strong thought leadership to prioritize opportunities, set sales strategy & vision, and lead a team Achieve food service sales volume, revenue, profitability and KPI goals for the region Responsible for growing share in restaurant channel each quarter across all markets within the region Develop & activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance Provide leadership to a team of Food Service professionals Develop direct reports and play supportive role in all of their contract renewals, new business acquisitions, day to day customer/business needs as well as career needs Build matrix cross channel and functional relationships across brands, retail teams, supply chain, marketing, innovation, insights, finance , PBC and distributor field sales, franchised bottling community and business development Strong bias for action and problem solving through relentless perseverance Strong effective verbal & written communication skills – strategic PowerPoint presentations highly preferred Drive to succeed in a very competitive and complex marketplace Results oriented and strong personal initiative and accountability Excellent interpersonal and organization /time management skills, as candidate will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with customers at high level of the organization Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $132,200 - $262,400. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period. Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
