Avon is in the middle of one of the most exciting transformations in our 140-year history. We're rolling out Shopify across 14 markets, centralising our digital commerce operation, and building a team that can take a 140-year-old brand into its next chapter.At the commercial heart of this is a new role: Head of Global Digital Trading.
This is the person who owns the number. The global eCommerce P&L, across 14 markets, spanning both our DTC consumer business and our Rep-attached eCommerce, delivered through a website and a digital brochure experience. It's a more complex commercial picture than most digital trading roles, and for the right person that's exactly the appeal.
Key responsibilities:
What you'll do
Own the global eCommerce trading P&L across 14 markets. Define the commercial strategy that turns digital traffic into revenue and margin at scale, across DTC and Rep-attached eComm. Lead the trading cadence, the promotional calendar and the commercial decision-making forum where the team sets direction every week. You'll lead our regional trading managers, work closely with merchandising, paid media, CX and marketplace, and be the commercial voice at the table.
You'll also bring genuine curiosity about how AI is changing trading, we want someone who actively adopts new tools and will help us build an AI-first trading function as the landscape evolves.
Who we're looking for
Someone who has carried a digital P&L at scale and wants a bigger one. You'll have deep commercial instinct, a track record of moving revenue and margin numbers in a multi-market environment, and the leadership presence to be the single accountable owner of digital sales and profit. You'll be fluent in trading data, confident with forecasting and commercial modelling, and comfortable with the unique complexity of trading across both consumer and Rep channels.
This is a role for a builder, not a maintainer. Someone who wants to set the commercial direction of a centralised digital operation from the ground up.
