Automation Field Service Engineer - Aseptic
As an Automation Expert Technician, you play a key role in providing technical support and ensuring the performance of Filler Blow molding machines and their associated equipment. You are involved in installation, qualification, start-up, and service phases, and you ensure that the equipment operates correctly in line with the performance levels defined in the contracts. Your main responsibilities: Troubleshooting and technical support: Provide troubleshooting support for Combi machines and associated equipment, and assist technicians during machine start-up and acceptance phases. Installation and qualification: Participate in the installation, validation, and qualification of machine upgrades and prototypes, applying installation, qualification, and maintenance methods. Documentation and analysis: Provide technical documentation, perform analyses, and share your knowledge to enable engineering departments and regional support teams to develop corrective actions and improvements. Performance monitoring: Ensure that machines achieve contractual performance levels and monitor the application of maintenance and analysis procedures. On-call duty participation: Actively contribute to on-call support during weekends and public holidays to support machines in operation. Coaching and knowledge transfer: Supervise and support junior technicians, transmit best practices, and share your technical expertise.
