Local SQM Engineer (m/f/div) - Quality Management

- Non-conformity Management: Coordinating the supplier complaint process during series production, utilizing the 8D methodology for root cause analysis and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Cost Recovery: Managing the recovery process for logistics and production costs incurred due to supplier quality issues.
- Series Change Management: Evaluating and approving supplier process changes, ensuring compliance with product standards and production continuity.
- Process Audits: Planning and conducting on-site supplier audits according to the VDA 6.3 standard to evaluate production process capability and stability.
- Incoming Inspection: Developing and optimizing incoming inspection processes by defining control plans and acceptance criteria.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering (Technical Studies).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SQM or Quality
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 methodologies.
- Experience in applying quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Skilled in SAP Quality and Logistics modules, alongside advanced MS Office applications.
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
- Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel to supplier locations.
