Responsibilities:

Prepare and post journal entries
Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end account reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance
Support invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist with preparation of financial statements and management reports
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
Assist with tax filings, including sales/use tax and other statutory requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (public or industry)
Solid understanding of GAAP
Proficiency in accounting software, QuickBooks, and bill.com
Ramp (credit card processing)—nice to have
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Advantages:

CPA or CPA-eligible a plus
Experience with ERP systems
