Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in credit card sales and acquisition
- Manage a portfolio of credit card products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and market demands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in credit card sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance goals
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
