A Typical Day Here
You’ll practice small animal medicine alongside a collaborative team in a calm, well-organized environment. The schedule is approximately 30 hours per week across three days, typically Wednesday through Friday. The clinic is closed on weekends, allowing for uninterrupted time away from work.

Essential Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Examine, diagnose, and treat small animal patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Perform soft-tissue surgical procedures and dental treatments
- Interpret diagnostic results including lab work and imaging
- Prescribe medications and recommend preventative care
- Educate clients on treatment options and long-term care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Practice medicine in accordance with veterinary ethics and regulations
Requirements/Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
- DVM/VMD degree from an accredited AVMA institution.
- Appropriate state licensure.
- Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD.
- Vet will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates professional and courteous presentation consistently with staff and clients.
- Ability to lift patients and carry equipment up to 25 pounds; ability to lift patients or carry equipment over 25 pounds with assistance.
