About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Technical Lead to join a growing team working on a modern, cloud-based platform. This role is suited for someone who is technically strong, communicative, and able to think in terms of solutions rather than just tasks.

You will work on backend and frontend components, contribute to architectural decisions, and help evolve the platform. We’re looking for a self-starter who can take ownership and work independently within a lean team.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain backend services using C# (.NET 7) and SQL.

• Develop and evolve frontend applications using TypeScript (with frameworks such as Blazor or Vue).

• Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate frontend and backend components.

• Work with Azure-based cloud services, contributing to scalable and reliable solutions.

• Collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions.

• Participate in live problem-solving, debugging, and performance improvements.

• Adapt to changes in tooling, frameworks, and processes as the platform evolves.
