The United States base range for this position is $96,694–$138,134 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.

What You'll Do
Help set up and run execution frameworks for large, cross-functional programs, including planning cadences, documentation, and communication rhythms
Partner with engineering, product, design, and marketing to define roadmaps and map dependencies across teams
Support day-to-day program operations, keeping workstreams aligned and moving forward
Share clear updates on program progress, risks, and priorities with stakeholders and senior leaders
Help drive alignment and decision-making across teams, even when priorities differ
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, and work with teams to resolve them
Contribute to planning cycles, goal-setting, and team-wide processes
Support continuous improvement by capturing learnings and helping teams apply them
Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment where teams can do their best work
Who You Are
You have experience supporting or running cross-functional programs in a product or technology environment
You are comfortable working with software development teams and collaborating with partners across functions like design, legal, or marketing
You communicate clearly and can turn complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand messages
You build strong relationships and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
You stay organized and focused while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
You approach challenges with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
You use good judgment to decide when to escalate, when to collaborate, and when to take action
You follow through on commitments and care about delivering high-quality work
