Associate Principal Consultant

Responsible for leading the end-to-end data migrations for safety systems. Should have a thorough understanding of data migration process and Argus Safety Database. The work would involve leading a team of data migration developers and business analysts and work closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and project success.

• Develop and implement data migration strategies and plans
• Lead a team of data migration specialists
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration processes
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading activities
• Monitor and report on migration progress and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues
• Prepare documentation and provide training to end-users

• Computer science, Information Technology or related degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data migrations
• Proven experience leading safety data migration projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Back-end and application knowledge of Argus
• Strong SQL and PLSQL skills
