Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable osteopath to join our healthcare team on a self-employed part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of anatomy and a commitment to providing holistic care to patients to a high standard. As an osteopath, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of musculoskeletal disorders while promoting overall health and well-being through manual therapy techniques. Duties/Key responsibilities • Initial Consultations (40 mins)- To conduct a thorough assessment including medical history, examination, diagnosis, treatment plan and appropriate treatment. • Follow Up Appointments (30 mins) – Report any changes and treat as per treatment plan. • To produce comprehensive notes of all treatments given via Cliniko system. • To produce comprehensive reports, as requested or required for the clients ongoing treatment journey. • To build long-lasting and fruitful relationships with your client base in conjunction with our other therapists as and when necessary. • To comply with all clinic policies, procedures and regulations in order to deliver a consistent customer experience. • To communicate effectively with other clinic staff to ensure all clients receive continued and uninterrupted care. • Actively advice/sell current package deals/referral schemes • To proactively attract returning and new client business to the clinic. • Building and maintaining excellent referral relationships with external partnerships (sports clubs, gym instructors, PT’s etc) • Abide by the GOsC’s Code of Members’ Professional Values and Behaviour. • To continually develop as an osteopath and evidence continued professional development (CPD)
