For a detailed overview of the program, visit our website: CHAiNGERS Operations Supply Chain Program What you´ll do The program includes three phases of 6 months Building your Foundation: You will join our production team and support efficiency and optimization initiatives Exploring new horizons: You will embark on functional rotations in selected departments in alignment with the Program Manager (example :Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Lean Management, SHE, etc) Get a strategic perceptive: You will be involved in a cross functional project in close collaboration with the regional and global Henkel Adhesive Technology teams In parallel you will be introduced to the different supply chain and related functions to build a broad understanding of the organization. You will own and drive multiple cross-functional projects that lead to continuous improvement within your plant, allowing you to develop deep insight into the different functions of operations and supply chain.
