Associate Manager, Risk, Quality & PMO - Facilities Management

What You will do:

  • Conduct periodic FM, Compliance, risk and quality audits across sites
  • Assess compliance to SOPs, SLAs, safety and statutory requirements (wherever applicable)
  • Identify service delivery gaps and drive CAPA with Facilities teams
  • Maintain FM risk registers and track closure of audit findings
  • Institutionalize audit frameworks, checklists and quality benchmark
  • PMO – Special FM Initiatives-Govern and track cross-functional FM projects such as workplace space planning, workspace utilisation, FM automation / digitization, CAFM / IWMS implementation, energy and sustainability initiatives
  • Monitor project timelines, risks and drive structured project reviews and reporting
  • Partner with Security, IT, EHS and external auditing teams to drive audit closures and project outcomes
  • Enable vendor performance governance through SLA and compliance reviews
  • Drive SOP adoption across internal and outsourced FM teams
  • Lead Facilities Management operations for Gurgaon location, ensuring service excellence, governance of daily operations, adherence to standards, and driving cost and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support transportation services & internal events including Annual Awards
  • Periodic review with FM service provider to ensure adherence and compliance to the service contract.
  • Support implementation of best practices across facilities operations

What You will Need:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 8 yrs of relevant work experience
  • 6 years of work experience in in Risk, Quality & PMO-FM Audit Scores (Internal & External), SOP Compliance Levels, Risk Closure Timelines, Delivery of FM Transformation Projects,Adoption of Automation / Utilisation Programs
  • Hand on experience in Facilities Operations- Vendor SLA Performance & compliance adherence, Workplace experience improvements, Cost optimization initiatives
  • Adapting quickly to new situations where roles and work are not clearly defined.
  • Identifies stakeholders, seeks inputs and actively listens to build support and identify best solutions Build relationships proactively – networks with other teams to discuss common issues and share knowledge.
  • Be outcome oriented – Understands the intended outcomes of own work and how they contribute to Stryker’s broader objectives
