We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Associate Brand Marketing Manager to join the Spotify for Artists Marketing & Policy team—a group dedicated to supporting artists and their teams as they build and grow their careers on Spotify. Spotify for Artists a leading music industry brand, providing tools and resources for artists, labels, managers, songwriters, and publishers. There are over 1 million artists using Spotify for Artists today—from the biggest global stars to emerging artists. This full-time role will report to the head of Spotify for Artists Brand & Integrated Marketing. In this role, you will help define how Spotify communicates and shows up for artists across our ecosystem—shaping the creative direction and narrative frameworks that underpin our artist-facing campaigns, programs, and brand moments. You will play a critical role in articulating Spotify’s and Spotify for Artists' value to artists, ensuring our initiatives feel cohesive, inspiring, and aligned with the needs of the creator community. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will help elevate our brand presence with artists, and strengthen our reputation as a trusted, supportive partner in their careers.
