Your Role:
- Overseeing and Manging all plant operations during their designated shift.
- Ensuring the safety ,Efficiency and quality of manufacturing products
- Co-ordinating with cross functional team and ensuring the compliance of Quality and safety.
- Maintaining the equipment and addressing the operational issues that arise during manufacturing.
- Leading and motivating a team of operators by assigning the tasks and ensuring the smooth work flow during the shift
- Overseeing the production processes by monitoring the key CPP,CQA and ensuring targets are met while adering SOP's
- Providing the guidance and training to shift personnel on SOP's, Safety procedures and best practices.
- Person should aware and guide the operator on production operation through SCADA and able to identify the if any error or malfunction observed during shift operation
- Should be able to take care of Electrical and Mechanical issues in the plant along with plant health
who you are:
- Exp: 5 to 8 yrs
- Education: Preferrable from Fine Chemical, Chemical, API Industry with work experience in the plant.
Mandate Skills:
- Large Scale reactors, Pilot Plant, Technology Transfer
