Associate Director - NetSuite Practice
About the Role
Riveron is seeking an Associate Director – NetSuite Practice to lead, scale, and mature our NetSuite services portfolio. This is a senior leadership role combining practice ownership, delivery excellence, client leadership, and team development. The role is hands-on where needed, while primarily focused on overseeing complex NetSuite transformations, driving strategic client outcomes, and expanding the NetSuite practice.
You will serve as a senior trusted advisor to clients, ensure consistent high-quality delivery across engagements, and partner closely with leadership on practice growth, talent development, and go-to-market initiatives.
Who You Are
A senior ERP consulting leader with deep expertise in NetSuite implementations and transformations
Proven at leading large, complex NetSuite programs and multiple concurrent client engagements
Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving
A strong people leader who can build, mentor, and scale high-performing NetSuite teams
Trusted client partner with executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills
Experienced working with US- and Europe-based clients in fast-paced consulting environments
Capable of owning delivery, quality, and governance while contributing to practice growth
What You’ll Do
Practice & Delivery Leadership
Provide leadership across the NetSuite practice, overseeing multiple implementations and transformation programs
Ensure consistent execution of delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
Act as escalation point for complex delivery, functional, technical, and client issues
Oversee delivery across:
Financials
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Revenue, reporting, integrations, and data migration
Client & Engagement Management
Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor for key NetSuite clients
Lead executive-level discussions on solution design, roadmap planning, and ERP transformation strategy
Oversee project planning, resourcing, budgets, timelines, risks, and scope across engagements
Ensure successful execution of:
Requirements and design workshops
SIT and UAT governance
Go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilization
Team & Talent Development
Build, mentor, and manage Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates within the NetSuite practice
Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development
Foster a culture of delivery excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Practice Growth & Strategy
Partner with leadership on practice strategy, capability expansion, and GTM initiatives
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal reviews
Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, accelerators, and delivery methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
10–14 years of experience in ERP or IT consulting
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience
Proven experience leading full lifecycle, multi-entity NetSuite implementations
Strong background in client-facing leadership, program delivery, and governance
Experience working with US- and Europe-based clients and distributed teams
Deep understanding of finance, accounting, and core business processes
NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) preferred
PMP, Agile, or similar project/program management certifications preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
