Compensation: $70,000–$120,000 base (DOE) + monthly bonus (see plan below)

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Associate Chiropractor (DC) who is passionate about family wellness care and patient education. You’ll step into a steady flow of multigenerational patients, athletes, and families—supported by our wonderful staff—so you can focus on delivering excellent care rather than constant marketing.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive examinations and develop individualized, goal-based care plans
Deliver safe, effective chiropractic adjustments and adjunctive therapies
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR
Participate in occasional community outreach and patient workshops
Contribute to a positive, patient-first clinic culture

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $70,000–$120,000 DOE
Monthly Performance Bonus: transparent, based on your individual collections (details below)

Bonus Plan (Individual Doctor)

Metric: Monthly net collections attributable to your own schedule (after standard write-offs/adjustments).

Tier 1: 15% of collections over $35,000 up to $50,000
Tier 2: 20% of collections over $50,000 up to $65,000
Tier 3: 25% of collections over $65,000

Examples:

$55,000 in collections → $3,250 bonus
$70,000 in collections → $6,500 bonus

Alternative Option: per-visit bonus after 300 visits/month ($5–$7/visit). Simple to track, though less aligned with collections.

Schedule & Setting

4 or 4.5-day workweek, minimal weekends
Balanced schedule with support from our staff and reasonable visit times
Predictable hours that leave time to enjoy the lake lifestyle

Ideal Candidate

Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Michigan
Strong adjusting skills and excellent bedside manner
Webster Certified and trained in pediatrics through the ICPA (CACCP or DACCP track preferred)
Team-oriented, coachable, and passionate about patient education
Comfortable in a family wellness setting
