About the Job:
The Associate Analyst of Franchising is responsible for managing relationships with franchisees/licensees, including alignment of asset strategies and compliance with brand standards, assisting with capital expenditure tracking, and driving process improvement in Taco Bell CRM tools. This role interacts directly with franchisees/licensees and their representatives, Taco Bell leadership, cross-functional teams, and external lenders and brokers. The Associate Analyst of Franchising will report to the Associate Manager of Franchising.
This position is ideal for individuals with high accountability, strong analytical skills, great communication style, a partnership mentality, and comfort turning facts into recommendations. The individual must be able to influence cross-functional business partners and effectively provide the Franchising point-of-view on complex business issues to team members, franchisees/licensees, and/or senior leadership.
