Assitant Manager (Production)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Supervisor to lead mechanical operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of industrial machinery. With 8-10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing.
• Supervise a team of 50-60 mechanics and technicians, providing training, performance feedback, and scheduling to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize processes.
• Continues training of employees on special process and on new technologies.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of Proven expertise in refrigeration cycles, thermal vacuum systems, pumps, compressors, and automation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and CMMS software for documentation and planning.
