We are hiring for Assistant/Deputy Manager - Production based at NSEZ, Noida.


Key roles & responsibilities include:

  • Manage production teams and ensure delivery against operational targets
  • May oversee one site or multiple production lines within the facility
  • Responsible for team performance, engagement, and productivity

  • Ensure timely production and delivery in line with customer SLAs and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
  • Drive production operations across manufacturing/personalization, ensuring achievement of KPIs related to quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency
  • Plan, organize, and continuously improve production processes, including quality, equipment utilization, and output performance
  • Define and execute operational strategies aligned with global and site-level objectives
  • Own and manage budget and cost control, including materials, manpower, and capital investments
  • Ensure maintenance and optimal functioning of plant premises and production equipment
  • Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and production scheduling to meet business and customer requirements
  • Build and develop team capabilities through performance management, coaching, and talent development initiatives
  • Support manufacturing/personalization facility setup, including design, validation, and ramp-up of production systems
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices to achieve operational excellence and world-class performance standards
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements across operations
  • Lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders to implement process improvements and operational changes
