As a Cluster Assistant Reservations Manager , you will support the Reservations and Revenue team in managing room inventory, booking channels, and reservation processes across multiple Holiday Inn Express hotels within the SAMHI portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Assist in managing reservations operations across the cluster hotels.
  • Ensure all bookings are processed accurately in the PMS and reservation systems.
  • Monitor reservation channels including IHG CRS, OTA, GDS, and direct bookings .
  • Support revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR.
  • Handle guest reservation inquiries, modifications, and special requests.
  • Maintain accurate room inventory, rate codes, and booking details.
  • Generate reservation reports and assist with forecasting.
  • Work closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue Management teams.
  • Support training and supervision of reservation team members.
What We Need From You
  • Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field .
  • 5 years experience in hotel reservations, front office, or revenue operations.
  • Experience with Oasis PMS, IHG reservation systems, CRS, and distribution channels preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in inventory control and rate management.

  • Maintain high service standards aligned with IHG brand guidelines .
Required Qualifications
  • Hospitality degree or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in hotel reservations or front office operations .
  • Experience using Oasis PMS / reservation platforms preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and guest service skills.
