What You Can Expect

Job Summary

The key role of  Assistant Product Manager are as follows, but not limited to.

  • To support manage product portfolio and product life cycle to enhance leading position in the market 
  • To support educate salesforces(incl. distributors) on current & newly-launched products
  • To set up & manage price table (list price, special price, etc) based on P&L analysis and competitiveness
  • To support collaboration with RA/QA/MA to expedite product registration and reimbursement application
  • To cooperate with Operation team to facilitate effective deployment of instruments and inventory level optimization
  • To achieve marketing goals & objectives which have been set up on annual business plan
  • An analytic mind with good strategic framework is required and good communication/presentation skills are also needed. 
  • A person with high level of orthopaedic knowledge with wide range of market information is preferred.

How You'll Create Impact

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support for the ROSA business team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional activities.
  • Manage symposiums, 3rd party congress including logistics, vendor coordination, and participant communication.
  • Support document processing, record keeping, and internal reporting requirements. 
  • Pricing management involvement – LP Upload 

2. Contract Review & Compliance Support

  • Assist in the review of contracts in accordance with internal legal and compliance guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the legal and compliance team to ensure all agreements adhere to company policies.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts and agreements.

3. Sales & Marketing Support

  • Assist the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing presentation materials as well as collaterals
  • Support customer relationship management (CRM) tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry.
  • Help monitor marketing activities and collect feedback for further improvements.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal departments, including legal, finance, and marketing, to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders as necessary to support business needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on administrative and operational matters.

What Makes You Stand Out

Your Background

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2yrs of experience in an administrative, sales support, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication skill both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with contract review processes and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales support tools.- SAP
