Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Assistant Manager Sales to drive residential property sales through both direct and virtual sales channels. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, converting leads into bookings, and leading a team of sales executives to achieve business targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct and virtual sales for residential projects through site visits, video presentations, and digital platforms.
- Manage and nurture leads generated through digital campaigns, marketing activities, and other sources.
- Conduct project presentations, property walkthroughs, and virtual meetings with prospective buyers.
- Lead, guide, and monitor a team of sales executives, ensuring effective lead handling and follow-ups.
- Allocate leads to team members and track their performance against sales targets.
- Ensure the team maintains proper follow-up schedules and CRM updates for all prospects.
- Support the team in negotiations and closing high-value deals.
- Achieve individual as well as team sales targets as defined by management.
- Coordinate with presales, marketing, CRM, and customer service teams for smooth sales operations.
- Provide customers with detailed information regarding project specifications, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and booking processes in coordination with the CRM and legal teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- 57 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or residential property sales.
- Prior experience in direct sales, virtual/inside sales, and team handling will be preferred.
