1. Purpose
|
Responsible for conducting legal activities in terms of litigation management, recovery of bad debts, proper record keeping, processing and renewal of contracts, etc.

Operational · Keep up to date with all statutory and legal matters having a bearing on the company and its operations and provide support in interpretation of laws regarding all aspects of business · Ensure efficient litigation management of all cases, involving management of external litigation partners, filing of cases, monitoring their progress, etc.
· Review all standard document templates of the Company (i.e. vendor contracts, client contracts, employee contracts, service / channel partner contracts etc.) in light of any changes in the law or its interpretation · Conduct the timely renewal of all agreements/ contracts with vendors, suppliers, channel partners, customers, etc. · Undertake the necessary activities related to the review of corporate trademarks, cases pertaining to IPR, copyright protection and trademark protection
