Assistant Manager (Fixed Term)

Searcys @ Battersea Power Station is looking to appoint an Assistant Manager for this location, it will be paramount you know how to deliver exquisite style, finesse, and have a passion for champagne.

Job Type: Full Time

Annual Salary: £38,000 - £40,000

This is a one-year fixed-term contract—but it’s far more than just a short-term opportunity. At the end of the contract, there’s real potential to continue your journey with Searcys, with exciting opportunities to move into one of our other iconic venues.

As an Assistant Manager your key responsibilities will be:

• To provide an excellent food & beverage service and offer, always ensuring all operations are managed in the most effective way.
• To help and lead in the everyday operation
• Working closely with the General Manager to grow private hire, private dining, and table reservations for the venue.
• To hire, train and retain the staff, offering a supportive and positive working environments for all the team.
• To measure and positively impact guest reviews on all platforms and become and venue of choice.
• To create an amazing team culture

• Minimum 3 years experience in people management
• Excellent product knowledge (food/beverage)
• Excellent communication skills
• Takes the initiative
