Assistant Manager, Air Freight Commercial Center, South District

Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer oriented service to fulfil and exceed customer’s requirements and expectation
2. Handle, follow up operations issues and customer request. Review operational issues with customers and establishing best-practices
3. Assist Customers for continuous improvement based on DHL value propositions
4. Coordinate with all teams to ensure meeting customer SOP, accurate and timely billing, and achieving KPI performance targets
5. Compile SOP / KPI / data analysis reports required by customers/management
6. Introduce best practices operational performance implementations based on SOP and logistics experience
7. Coordinates with overseas offices for customer review
8. Ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoice accordingly to tariff
9. Work with regional teams such as BD / pricing / solutions to follow APAC contract/service agreement
10. Connect with internal product team for customer quotation / tariff
11.Coordinate quotation of other ports in South China&HK&Macao

Location:Shenzhen or Guangzhou

Requirements:
1. Fluent & professional in English writing & speaking
2. Professional Diploma required and academic degree preferred
3. Minimum of 5 years experience in Logistics/Air Freight Industry (Especially airline quotation experience)
4. Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
5. Independent, energetic and responsible
6. Good team player and customer focus
7. Proficient in PC operations knowledge, e.g. Ms Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

6. 基于 SOP 和物流经验,制定并推行最佳运营实践。
7. 与海外办公室协作,开展客户回顾及相关工作。
8. 根据费率标准,确保及时且准确地开具发票。
9. 与区域团队(如商务拓展、定价、解决方案团队)合作,遵循亚太区合同及服务协议。
10. 与内部产品团队沟通,为客户准备报价与费率信息。
11. 协调华南、香港及澳门其他口岸的报价工作。

工作地点:
深圳或广州

任职要求:
1. 英文书写及口语能力流利且专业。
2. 需具备专业文凭,优先考虑本科及以上学历。
3. 至少 5 年物流/空运行业经验(特别是空运报价相关经验)。
4. 具备良好的人际交往、沟通及谈判能力。
5. 独立、积极、责任心强。
6. 具备良好的团队合作精神及客户服务意识。
7. 熟练掌握 Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook 等办公软件。
