Assistant Manager- Soft Services
- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth delivery of all soft services including housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management, landscaping, parking, and customer experience operations
- The role involves supervising daily activities across the premises, conducting cleanliness and safety audits, coordinating with outsourced vendors, monitoring manpower deployment, and ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and SOPs
- The Assistant Manager handles tenant and customer-related service requests, resolves complaints promptly, and maintains a high standard of hygiene and ambience in common areas such as restrooms, food courts, and parking zones
- The role also supports event-related operational requirements, ensures compliance with safety guidelines, assists in emergency preparedness, prepares daily reports, and liaises with various internal teams for smooth mall operations
- Strong leadership, effective communication, and a customer-oriented approach are essential for this position, along with prior experience in facility management or mall operations
