Assistant Manager - Administration
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Cleanliness, Hygiene, Housekeeping in entire facility as per the cGMP practices.
- Daily Temperature & Humidity monitoring in Lab Refrigerator & Freezer and retrieving the Data Backup in frequent intervals.
- Managing Contractual Staff and deploying the staff as per user request for various activi-ties. (Pantry, Housekeeping, Glassware Cleaning, Material Handling, etc.)
- Transport management Daily Commute Arrangement for the Employees, Late Cab Ar-rangements, Material/Samples movements to CRO/CMO as requested by the users.
- Food Management Ordering & Ensuring Drinking Water/Breakfast/Lunch/Snacks pro-vision for the Employees. Providing Snacks/Dinner for Late working employees.
- Organizing and providing facilities for all the Celebrations/Puja undergoing in the site i.e. Birthday Celebrations, Festival Celebrations, etc.
- Ensuring Specialized lunch/snacks for the employees coming from US Office.
- Preparation of RGP & NRGP in coordinating with technical team and providing number-ing for the Same and maintaining a Track.
- Ensure the receipt of the material at respective CRO & CMO. Follow up for the materials which were sent out through RGP.
- Aprons Management Responsible for provision of Aprons for all the Employees/Visitors, replacement if any.
- Handling all the CC cameras across the labs, ensuring adequate backup and working condition of all the cameras.
- Maintenance of minimum stocks of regular stationery and admin related consumable items in co-ordination with the Warehouse team.
- Handling of Pest Control Activities on the Site.
- Maintaining adequate facilities in the site for Collection, Storage and Disposal of Haz-ardous & Non-Hazardous Waste from the Site to authorized third parties in co-ordination with the EHS department.
- Shall Fulfill and support all the EHS requirements at the site.
- He/She will be the SPOC for the Transportation contract agency/ Food Supplying con-tract agency/ Aprons supplying contract agency. And Shall resolve issues arising as and when required.
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Working Professional in similar field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Shall hold any bachelor s degree relating to Business Administration
