Assistant Laundry Manager

• Assist in managing day-to-day laundry operations, including washing, drying, pressing, and folding
• Supervise and coordinate laundry staff to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• Monitor the condition and cleanliness of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment
• Support inventory control of linen, uniforms, and laundry supplies
• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in the laundry area
• Assist in training, coaching, and evaluating laundry team members
• Handle guest requests and resolve laundry-related issues promptly
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
• Monitor chemical usage and ensure proper handling procedures
• Prepare reports on laundry operations, costs, and efficiency

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in laundry operations or housekeeping, preferably in hospitality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of laundry chemicals, fabric types, and washing techniques
• Basic understanding of equipment maintenance
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
