About the role: As our first internal Financial Controller, you will be the architect of our global accounting infrastructure. Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance, you will transition our financial operations from an outsourced model to a high-performing internal function. Your mission is to build the systems, controls, and team necessary to scale, ensuring that our financial data is not just accurate, but a strategic asset. You are a hands-on leader who thrives in the "controlled chaos" of a Series B startup. You will manage the complexities of our US and India-based operations while aligning with global reporting standards.
