What You'll Do:

  • Lead month-end and year-end close
  • Oversee financial reporting and GAAP compliance
  • Manage revenue recognition (POC) and WIP schedules
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Drive process improvements and internal controls
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations and project teams

    • What You Bring:

  • 5–7+ years of accounting experience
  • Public accounting (Manager+) or industry experience
  • CPA preferred
  • Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
  • Experience with job costing / project accounting is a plus
