ผู้ช่วยผู้ดูแลอาคาร

1.           เดินตรวจสอบสภาพความพร้อมของอาคารสถานที่และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆประจำวัน พร้อมสรุปรายงานและออก        ใบแจ้งซ่อม ใบงาน ให้กับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไขต่อไป

2.           ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามแผนงานประจำวัน สัปดาห์ เดือน ของพนักงานทำความสะอาด คนสวน  กำจัดแมลงและ/หรือ บริการอื่น ตามสัญญาจ้างของโครงการ

3.           ควบคุมดูแลการจัดการขยะ การคัดแยกขยะทุกประเภท ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของโครงการ

4.           ติดต่อประสานงานรับเรื่องแจ้งทรัพย์สินสูญหายหรือพบเจอทรัพย์สิน Lost & Found

5.           ตรวจสอบการทำงานของพนักงานประจำห้อง Mail Room

6.           ช่วยดูแลและจัดสถานที่ในการประชุมหรือสัมมนาต่าง ๆ ในอาคาร

7.           ดูแลความปลอดภัยของผู้เช่าที่คงค้างอยู่ในอาคาร และตรวจสอบรถค้างคืนในอาคาร   

8.           ตรวจสอบผู้รับเหมาที่คงค้างอยู่ในอาคาร และควบคุมให้ผู้รับเหมาปฎิบัติตามระเบียบที่กำหนดไว้

9.           ติดตั้งป้ายเพื่อแจ้งข่าวสารประชาสัมพันธ์ตามจุดต่างๆ ป้ายกฏระเบียบการจอดรถภายในอาคาร

10.       รับโทรศัพท์รับเรื่องต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะในช่วงนอกเวลาทำการ

11.       รายงานเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชารับทราบ

12.       ทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาและผู้จัดการอาคาร

13.       จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน
