Overview The purpose of this position is to set overall marketing objectives, plans for the business with focus towards their flawless execution and direct responsibilities towards brand building, brand health monitoring and performance evaluation, brand P&L delivery. Responsibilities Lead Development & execution of marketing strategies & plans (4Ps) for Colas portfolio to achieve short terms & long-term brand objectives (Revenue, NOPBT, Market Share, Consumer & Retail KPI’s) Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities, share recommendations on marketing support impact on Brand Performance, and manage the productivity of marketing plans & projects Align and Collaborate with relevant functional Heads/Teams to ensure prompt flawless execution of marketing plans & strategies Ensure close collaboration of Marketing with R&D, Trade Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain Team in planning and execution of in-market activities for flawless execution Lead innovation and new product development (NPD) agenda in close coordination with Commercialization, R&D & Operations Leads in tandem with regional marketing and innovation teams Ensure strategic alignment between the brands global & local strategies in collaboration with Business Unit and Regional/Global teams Work with Head of Sale and Revenue Manager on development of volume/revenue plans based on brands/initiatives, regions & outlets etc. Support the Marketing Manager in finalizing the annual operating plan (AOP) Support the Marketing Manager in finalizing strategy for strategic business plan (SBP) Support the Marketing Manager in achieving objectives aimed at driving efficiency in the overall marketing function Lead preparation & monitoring of the Colas brands budget and ensure spend on marketing initiatives/activities accordingly Recommend & adapt marketing best practices from PI Global & BU Regional initiatives Supervise brand communication development, media planning and research activities across all Colas brands in liaison with creative, media and insight & research teams Develop capabilities of Brand Planning, Creative, Media Buying & Research agencies to support Colas brand plans and ensure their best in class execution Oversee consumer and customer insights agenda for Colas Brands to better understand the macro, category, consumer, competitive and retail landscape. Evaluate recommendations of Business Development & Insights Manager and collaborate with him/her for syndicated and customized consumer/retail research projects aimed at better market understanding and robust product development journey of the Colas portfolio Ensure GCS Compliance in the execution and implementation of all processes    Qualifications MBA (preferable Marketing majors) Leaderships Skills Ability to plan and drive high importance agendas; develop, execute business strategies and plans Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills Planning & Organising (Multiple priority management) Strong Communication, Persuasion, Influencing Skills
