Private Chef

Responsibilities

- Help to organize parties, including Fall party.
- Shopping for meals
- Organize, research and add to wine collection
- Organize playlists for dinners
- Find alternative/additional chefs as needed
  Job requirements but not limited to:
  New York City chef Monday-Friday with flexibility depending on travel schedule.
  Turks & Caicos - Average annual travel around: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, March and 2-3 other short stays. (2-3 meals per day). Arrive two days early for set up. Days off during these stays will be discussed and scheduled in advance.
  Rhode Island: Memorial Day - Labor Day. Flexible Wednesday-Sunday. (2-3 meals per day) Occasional weekday NYC dates.
  Ski holiday - Once a year travel to West Coast for ski week.
