Role & responsibilities

Security

  • Supervising security activities round the clock & Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly
  • Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents
  • Liasioning with locals and local bodies
  • Visitor and employee frisking & Monthly surprise round in night shift.
  • Attendance and record maintenance of contract labours
  • Firefighting training and mock drill coordination
  • Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
  • Documentation and compliance related to HR w.r.t EHS & OSHAS.
  • Selection of new security guards in consultation with HR Manager
  • Security monthly bill checking and legal compliance verification

General Administration

  • Supervision of reception activities-Visitors management, courier management & Pantry supervision
  • Canteen Management- Canteen grievance handling, managing canteen committee meeting
  • Inward and outward Material management, Returnable material recording and follow up
  • Water management-Domestic and drinking
  • Ambulance maintenance
  • Plant awareness of new joiners
  • Estate Management- Garden maintenance and development
  • Regular patrolling of premises to maintain order.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of fire control & Pest Control, Furniture, lockers, changing rooms
  • Scrap management & supervision of dispatch of scrap.

Transport Management:

  • Employee transport record maintenance & Monitoring and authorizing entrance of vehicles
  • Daily report of headcount and vehicle moment report
  • Vehicle inspection & Lease Car Management
  • Employee transportation monthly audit regarding safety and discipline and incidence reporting to management
  • Monitoring of late coming & outgoing.
  • Travel desk management-Employee/visitors pick up & drop management, allotment of drivers duties

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication skills (W/R/S) English, Hindi, Marathi
  • Proficient in MS-Office
  • Ex-Army serviceman (preferably JCO/NCO/ Honorary Captain)
  • Experience: 4 to 5 years post-retirement from Army Services
