Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and demonstrate a commitment to quality and efficiency. As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly process, contributing to the production of our top-tier products.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

•    Completes work area setup.
•    Perform assembly operations in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. 
•    Utilize hand and power tools to assemble parts and sub-assemblies. 
•    Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components finished product.
•    Ensures work area is safe, clean, and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate.
•    Completes pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and reports any problems or concerns.
•    Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. 
•    Maintains production records as required.
•    Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities and make necessary adjustments to be compliant with standards.
•    Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. 
•    Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards.
•    Participates in safety, CI, and other training programs and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge. 
•    Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
•    High school diploma/GED preferred but not required. 
•    Proven experience in assembly or a related field preferred.
•    Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
•    Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
•    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
•    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
•    Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks. 
•    Working knowledge of basic math
•    Must be at least 18 years of age.
