ASPICE Project Manager / Coordinator
- Lead ASPICE implementation and deployment across 5 projects
- Provide strong coordination, structure, and methodological guidance
- Ensure alignment between project teams and ASPICE process requirements
- Support project stakeholders in achieving compliance and quality objectives
- Take a hands-on role in execution when necessary
- During the first weeks:
- Focus on onboarding
- Define scope and key deliverables
- Establish a clear implementation roadmap
- Proven experience with ASPICE implementation in automotive projects
- Strong project management and coordination background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Croatian language skills are an advantage, but not required
