The Apple Store Online Readiness Program Manager is responsible for strategizing, planning and successfully managing the launch of Apple products and programs worldwide. Aligning people, process and technologies, the Program Manager will ensure the integrity of the launch moment and enhanced by delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Apple Store Online Readiness Program Manager is the advocate for the customer and represents the voice of Apple Store Online with partner teams, across Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Content & Online Buy Flow, Live stream, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Legal and external partners.

Description

The Apple Store Online Readiness Program Manager is a natural leader and facilitator; a strategic thinker who can “connect the dots” at multiple levels; is driven, organized and detail oriented; communicates with ease at all levels; is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts; manages through relationships and influence; navigate through changes and thrives in a dynamic ambiguous environment; and displays grace under fire. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic Online priorities through launch, and driving the program-level closed-loop process for better efficiencies and improvements. You will own and manage the detailed Online plan of record, connecting all workstreams, program timelines and deliverables, and ensuring smooth operations of all execution workstreams. Through the program lifecycle, you will manage leadership and partner communications, ensuring alignment and clarity. Analyze and track new and emerging risks, and develop comprehensive risk mitigation & contingency plans.

Minimum Qualifications

4 years of program management experience, managing and delivering strategic initiatives, showcasing ability to connect work streams to business priorities, strong influencing skills & coordinating members from a broad cross-functional team to work towards one goal/outcome Experience working cross-functionally across multiple levels of a highly matrixed organization BS/BA degree required Mandarin and English business proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree is a plus Experience in eCommerce, Internet, live streaming or multi-channel environment with relevant technical and business acumen Demonstrated success in influencing strategy and direction through data driven insights Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity
