The SDS Apple Store Online team is seeking a Global Training Program Manager to lead the design and delivery of learning programs for Fraud Investigations teams worldwide. In this role, you will translate business priorities into scalable, high-impact training solutions that build capability, drive behavior change, and improve performance across regions. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and partner across functions to ensure programs are aligned, effective, and continuously evolving.
Description
As the Global Training Program Manager for Fraud Investigations, you will own end-to-end learning programs that support teams globally, ensuring alignment to business priorities while adapting to regional and cultural needs. You will design and deliver scalable solutions across a range of formats, apply data and learning principles to measure and improve program effectiveness, and partner with stakeholders to support the adoption of new tools and processes. Your work directly impacts team performance, operational excellence, and the customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in learning and development, training program management, or instructional design
Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis and translating business needs into learning solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fraud, risk, or compliance environments
Experience designing and delivering training across multiple formats, including virtual, in-person, and blended
Experience measuring training effectiveness and using data to drive continuous improvement
Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
Experience leading global training initiatives and managing programs across regions and time zones
Experience supporting change management and adoption of new systems or tools
Communication and stakeholder influencing skills across cross-functional teams
Facilitation skills, including Train-the-Trainer program delivery
Certification in learning and development, project management, or change management
