Zur Verstärkung unseres werksärztlichen Teams am Standort Schkopau suchen wir ab dem 3. Quartal 2026 eine:n engagierte:n Facharzt/Fachärztin, der/die bei uns die Weiterbildung zur Zusatzbezeichnung Betriebsmedizin absolvieren und aktiv zur nachhaltigen Gesundheit unserer Mitarbeitenden beitragen möchte.

Der Hauptarbeitsplatz ist unser Standort in Schkopau, Einsätze in Leuna, Teutschenthal oder Böhlen sind gelegentlich möglich.

Bei uns arbeiten Sie nicht im Schicht‑ oder Notfallbetrieb, sondern in einem planbaren Umfeld mit Raum für medizinische Qualität und Gespräche. Sie begleiten Mitarbeitende langfristig, beraten fundiert und gestalten gesunde Arbeitsplätze mit – ohne Nacht‑, Wochenend‑ oder Bereitschaftsdienste.

Ideal für Mediziner, die sich bewusst vom Klinikrhythmus lösen, medizinisch wirksam und nachhaltig arbeiten möchten.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Beratung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden bei arbeitsmedizinischen Anliegen
• Durchführung von Vorsorgeuntersuchungen im Arbeitsumfeld
• Bewertung und Begutachtung von Arbeitsplätzen und Arbeitsbedingungen
• Präventive Gesundheitsberatung, Ergonomie und Arbeitsschutz
• Mitwirkung an betrieblichen Gesundheitsinitiativen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Sicherheitsbeauftragten, Personalabteilung und Führungskräften
• Dokumentation und Erstellung von Gutachten
• Unterstützung von notfallmedizinischer Versorgung, Erste Hilfe und Nachsorge

Qualifikationen

• Anerkannte:r Facharzt in einem Gebiet der unmittelbaren Patientenversorgung mit dem Ziel oder dem Beginn des Erwerbes der Zusatzbezeichnung Betriebsmedizin Beginn der 360 Stunden Kurs-Weiterbildung von Vorteil aber nicht zwingend
• Interesse an präventiv orientierter medizinischer Arbeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sichere Englischkenntnisse
• Zusatzqualifikation im Strahlenschutz wünschenswert
• Führerschein Klasse B

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Beratungskompetenz, auch im Austausch mit nicht‑medizinischen Stakeholdern
• Interesse daran, medizinische Fragestellungen ganzheitlich und vorausschauend zu betrachten und in nachhaltige Lösungen zu übersetzen
• Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themenfelder wie Arbeitsplatzbeurteilung, arbeitsbedingte Belastungen und gesundheitliche Risiken systematisch einzuarbeiten
• Mitwirkung bei der Gesundheitsbegleitung, Wiedereingliederung und Reintegration von Mitarbeitenden nach längerer Erkrankung oder Unfällen
• Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Führungskräften, Fachkräften für Arbeitssicherheit und externen Partnern
