About the Role
We are currently looking for 3 experienced Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) Operators to join a busy quarry operation in Shrewsbury. The role involves operating 30-tonne Volvo or Bell dump trucks, supporting day-to-day material movement and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate 30T articulated dump trucks (Volvo/Bell) safely and efficiently
- Transport materials across the quarry site as directed
- Work closely with excavator operators and site teams
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Follow all site health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintain productivity while ensuring safe working practices
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS card (Articulated Dump Truck)
- MP Connect Card
- Proven experience operating 30T ADTs (Volvo or Bell preferred)
- Previous quarry experience is highly desirable
- Good awareness of site safety and traffic management
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Full UK driving licence
