Art & Graphics Design Manager

New York Remote February 25, 2026 Full Time

Mission

At Neko Health, our mission is to deliver proactive healthcare for all—empowering members to take control of their health through cutting-edge technology and compassionate care.

Neko Health is a Swedish healthcare technology company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. Neko's vision is to shift healthcare from reactive treatment toward preventative health and early detection. This requires completely reimagining the patient's experience and incorporating the latest advances in sensors and AI. Neko Health has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is convenient and affordable for the public. The company is based in Stockholm, offering the Neko Body Scan experience at locations in Stockholm, London and Manchester, with over 500 employees.

About the Creative Team

At Neko, design is central to how our products are developed, experienced, and trusted. Rather than distributing creative responsibilities across multiple teams, we have brought all creative disciplines together within a single Creative Department. Our ambition is to deliver a coherent, intentional, and seamless design journey across digital and physical environments — spanning product, space, and brand. Every touchpoint is designed to feel connected, considered, and purposeful, regardless of medium or channel. The Creative Department is structured around three closely collaborating studios: Architecture, Design, and Brand.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of brand, architecture and spatial design. You will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, PMs, marketing and production partners to develop concept-driven, cohesive physical brand experiences across our locations. From early concept development to delivery, you ensure that signage, wayfinding, comms and curated art are integral to the spatial narrative and support both functional clarity and emotional resonance. While production, final art files and execution are part of the role, the primary focus is concept, systems thinking and strategic design for physical environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Concept and Design Development

  • Scope and design of wayfinding, signage, environmental graphics and art across locations.

  • Ensure that designs are integral to the architectural and interior design concept, not an afterthought.

  • Define standards, guidelines, and scalable systems for partners to follow and execute.

  • Produce high-quality visuals, presentations, mockups, and production-ready artwork that clearly communicate intent to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all physical touchpoints.

  1. Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration

  2. Work in close collaboration with Architects, Interior Designers, PMs and marketing throughout a project lifecycle.

  3. Partner with PMs to align on scope, timelines, budgets and installations.

  4. Provide direction and feedback to freelancers and external partners as needed.

  1. Budgeting, Vendors, Production & Delivery

  2. Research, source, manage vendors, fabricators and request quotes.

  3. Ensure all production feasibility, quality and alignment with design intent.

  4. Oversee final artwork, materials, finishes and fabrication details for physical installations.

  5. Review and approve production files and samples to ensure accuracy and quality.

  6. Maintain documentation, specifications and version control for physical brand assets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Environmental Graphic Design and Wayfinding.

  • Experience with art curation for commercial or public environments.

  • Solid understanding of materiality, fabrication methods, print production, and installation constraints.

  • Experience sourcing and managing production partners and fabricators.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, client-facing, and fast-evolving environments.

  • Flexibility and willingness for international travel as projects require.

We offer a dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy that fosters growth and development. If you are passionate about building a better healthcare system for everyone and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
