Summer Vocational Specialist, (PT Temporary Multiple Positions), Family & Community Medicine

Work collaboratively and maintain regular communication with school and vocational rehabilitation personnel. Provide direct services and individualized instruction and support for youth ages 14 to 22 at community businesses. Collect data and success stories, create summer work based learning resumes, and summarize performance. Develop business relationships, arrange logistics for summer work, communicate with employers, and obtain satisfaction evaluations. Engage families, keep them informed of work activities, provide weekly updates, and respond to questions and concerns.
