Parking Services Officer (10:00pm - 6:30am Shift)

Monitors, educates, and enforces Parking and Transportation Services parking regulations throughout campus to ensure daily access for students, staff, faculty, and guests. Delivers high quality, professional, front-facing customer service to students, faculty, staff and guests, while providing consistent, reliable, and friendly service. Issues citations and parking fees, when necessary. Demonstrates and practices the purpose, mission and core values of the University of Arizona and the Parking and Transportation Services department. Provides traffic control to facilitate access and reduce traffic congestion for parking facilities during large scale events on campus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Ability to communicate effectively with different groups, individuals, and/or stakeholders. Ability to work in a team environment or independently. Ability to make in-field decisions/choices, being a forward thinker. Ability to be hard working/self-motivated.
