Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Clinical Assessment, Direct Care and Documentation: Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for children and adolescents during one-time consultations. Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and brief interventions for children, adolescents, and families. Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies. Document clinical services in accordance with institutional, legal, and regulatory requirements. Consultation and Provider Support: Provide consultations and clinical guidance to primary care providers on pediatric mental health concerns. Offer phone-based consultation and support through the Arizona Pediatric Psychiatry Access Line. Care Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, pediatricians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive, integrated care. Coordinate with community resources and external partners to support patient needs and continuity of care. Participate in activities that support integrated behavioral health services. Education, and Professional Responsibilities: Deliver educational and didactic presentations to healthcare providers on child and adolescent mental health topics. Participate in continuing education and professional development to maintain and enhance professional competence. Knowledge, Skills Abilities: Strong assessment and evaluation skills. Ability to deliver evidenced-based psychotherapy. Strong knowledge of community resources and social services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to function in a collaborative care model. Clinical experience in child mental health. Comprehensive understanding of clinical social work practices. Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to social work. Strong ethical standards and confidentiality practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Work Schedule Location: Full-time Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm Potential for in-person/tele hybrid schedule.
