Banquet Server (Part-Time) (Multiple Positions)
Assist with set up and breakdown of banquet rooms and event spaces as instructed. Serve food and beverages as listed on the Banquet Event Order. Make recommendations and answer questions for guests and clients. Greet and serve every guest in a friendly and courteous manner. Ensure an excellent guest experience. Ensure all food product is presented according to client expectations. Apply food safety standards to prevent cross contamination or spoilage. Provide suggestions and recommendations to captain and catering team as needed. Assist with clean up and sanitation of all supplies and utensils. Once sanitized, return all utensils and supplies are stored properly and kept in good working order. Notify supervisor or any damaged supplies. Actively work to resolve guest concerns when applicable and escalate to supervisor when necessary. Knowledge, Skills Abilities: Knowledge of food safety protocols. Ability to effectively communicate with department managers, team members and guests. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
